Build Mental Agility and Attentional Control
Here, mental strength develops through agility training — learning to shift and sustain coherent awareness between internal focus points. Attention becomes more flexible, deliberate, and resilient. Repetitive thinking patterns weaken as cognitive control strengthens. This stage builds the endurance needed to operate with steadiness under increasing demand.

Body movements, sensations, feelings, and mental states are observed as interconnected processes unfolding moment by moment. At this highest level, the full MRP focus architecture integrates into one coherent system. Breath, pulse, mental agility, and the Four Foundations converge into a unified understanding of how mental processes arise, interact, and stabilize. Mastery here means the ability to regulate with precision, sustain clarity under prolonged pressure, and embody self-leadership grounded in deep structural understanding.
