Master Paopao Natthakit

Paopao began his career as a newly graduated architect, experiencing firsthand the intense pressure faced by many young professionals striving to succeed. During his studies and early career, he encountered stress and burnout that led him to question how ambition could coexist with inner well-being.

After graduating, he spent six months ordained as a monk and studied the Mind Retreat Program, where he discovered how returning to the breath can stabilize the mind amidst stress and overthinking.
