Rinda’s journey with mindfulness was shaped by life’s challenges from an early age. After losing her father at the age of five, she was raised by her mother alongside three sisters, learning resilience through real-life experiences. Her dedication to growth led her to complete two bachelor’s degrees simultaneously while navigating different cultures, having lived in the United States and now residing in Singapore.
A cancer survivor who has faced repeated health challenges, Rinda’s search for inner stability led her to the Mind Retreat Program in 2024. Through deep commitment to the practice and completing Level 4 training, she discovered how mindfulness can bring clarity, balance, and equanimity even in the midst of life’s constant change. Today, she shares this understanding to help others meet life with greater awareness, steadiness, and compassion.
