Apple’s path into mindfulness began in childhood through her father’s practice and deepened through life’s profound challenges. Her journey includes the physical and emotional trials of motherhood, the loss of a child during pregnancy, and the closure of a business during the COVID pandemic.
Through decades of practice and more than 40,000 hours of study and teaching, she developed a simple yet powerful teaching approach centered on awareness of breath and body. Her teaching emphasizes practical observation of the mind, helping people see clearly and respond to life with greater balance and choice.
